Don't put the camera away. Wet streets at dusk are the best reflections you'll get.

Do this

  1. Hood on — it keeps most rain off the front glass. Cloth in your pocket.
  2. Shoot from doorways, under awnings, from the car with the window down.
  3. Wet ground after rain, with lights on, at dusk: puddles become mirrors. Get low.
  4. Between frames the camera goes under your jacket. The R50 isn't weather-sealed; brief drizzle is fine, a downpour isn't.

Wipe with the cloth, never a sleeve. Check the glass after every frame.
